		<description>You&#039;ve been lucky with this Drive. Dell is very limited with their BIOS support on devices not manufactured for their Computer. Chances are, that the BIOS will generate a Warning that it could not identify a device in the Media Bay and simply won&#039;t go past the POST. Unplugging the rejected device to get past POST and then Hot Plugging the device, may provide some salvation, if the Operating System finds the device in their device library. From then on it will work just fine, but first you&#039;ll have to overcome the DELL BIOS limitation.
