At least try to pay a visit to the peoples from Maguay; it can be arranged to see directly their assembly lab.
They have cases from Enlight and Chieftec; at least the first ones come w/ tubes and airflow guides, pretty much the same stuff that's inside a Dell. The only thing that's not so nice is that BTX computers and cases come w/ a hefty price premium and they're only built to order; even the processor cooler is a separate item, and it's about 15$ more. The nice thing is that their computers spend 24 hours in the thermal room at 35 °C, to check if everything works as designed.

I'm not saying that you should abandon the idea of building yourself a computer; I only wanna show you that there are local suppliers that can do even a better job than the big names from abroad, at least better when it comes to support. For a (significant) pile of money, they even have 12 hour insurance: anytime during the day (00:00-23:59) you can call and a team will come on-site and they'll repair/replace anything that failed (of course, they can't make any promises about your data).
